That’s a wonderfully creative conversion and a fantastic paint job.

Love that you’ve done some fluff for him too. Most of the new stars are rather underdeveloped, so it’s good to see the community adding their own take.

Just a shame his stats and skills aren’t that great, don’t think I’ve ever seen him used. :(

Well, I believe that BBRC members have said that the character, or at least the name, was based on Jerry Rice. It's definitely cool to see it referenced in this model, though.

DinoTitanedition wrote:I mainly used spare bits. All parts are from GW.

- The head is from a fantasygoblin, where I simply carved down the nose and ears with a knife. The left hand as well is from the same goblin. The helmet was modelled with some green stuff, just as the back of his bottom.

- The bottompart itself is from a fantasy marauder.

- Body and legs are from a kroot warrior from the 40K range, where I cut off the feet and replaced them with the cut off feet from the same marauder leftovers, where the bottom was from. The skull shoulderpad is also from the marauders bix.

- Arms are leftovers from zombies, which I got from a friend.

- The catcher glove is of course from a BB-box human catcher, and the kneeprotector is also from the BB-box human team. It`s actually an elbowprotector there from a regular lineman.

All parts were vut into the proper positions and glued together after some testpositioning.
Wow! This is very inspiring!

Thank you for listing all different parts you used. Where does the right shoulder pad come from?

Whoops, I totally forgot that! It`s actually the elbowplate of a leftover blackorcarm from the fantasy range. I use those pretty often, since they are easy to implement on most minis and always seem to have a fitting size. The mini consists of a total of 15 parts, not counting the base.

Wow, he's like some sort of frankenstein creation with all those different parts! :D

Definitely a unique model and a very good conversion job. You wouldn't know from looking at the painted mini that he was made up of so many different parts.
