Haven't been working on minis lately. Last time i've post something on TFF was probably my sinnedbad largely inspired by Pug's WIP when i was playing khemri in my local league.



I'm currently playing Chaos in our league and as i had some extra bits from my chaos warriors, i've ended up assembling a Lord Borak the Despoiler and i'm pretty happy how it did turn out. Still have to paint it though.



And as i'm planning to play orcs next year, i'm starting to assemble a team from the ork boys box. Decided to start with a champion so here is Ulgroth Bolgrot... wanted him to be dynamic with both hands on his favorite toy!

Legs and armored torso are from Kromlech and the heads are from Puppetswar

Space Orks really make good bloodbowl players.



I like the heads you added. They definately add a lot of character to the team

Very nice! I did something very similar with mine. I had looked at the kromlech legs, but ruled them out on price... I ended up just converting the space orks plastics.

The heads are excellent though, if a little on the large side.

Yeah, i've only got 3 pairs of legs from Kromlech as i wanted dynamic posture for the blitzer. Also got the fat orc torso bits for the black orcs.

But the space orks bitz are great to play with... i was suprised with what i was able to do for Ulgroth and the QB

Sinnedbad definetly needs some padding. Without he just looks like an undead sailor and there must be something to identify him as a BB-player.

The Minos and Orcs look cool too.

Seen yours after assembling mine and they do like quite close. I guess those bits are yelling "i want to be a QB" :p

Sinnedbad definetly needs some padding. Without he just looks like an undead sailor and there must be something to identify him as a BB-player.

He has a shoulder pad. Only one as he's only AV7. I might add some knee pads though

Thx, i don't know about adding something to his left hand (any suggestion?)... i've to figure out how i will paint him first anyway :p

As i'm a big fan of the GW hobgoblins, i thought i had some pics of mine... (i use them as marauders and beastman as well... all my chaos teams in fact :p)

I still have to put a hand on the Barnabowl hobgobelin as it will fit pretty well with my team

Just made some attemps on Ulgroth to see if the color scheme i want to use for the team (orange/white/grey) works out fine. Still a lot of things to do (armor, helmet, chainsaw,...)... I'm using the "troll slayer orange" from citadel, but it needs several layers to obtain a good covering!!!

Done with Ulgorth... i'm pretty happy with how the bits when together for the chainsaw

The parts I use maily, are from the fantasy boar chariot. The riders just have an awesome set of legs, bodies and heads. You can do an incredible lot with them. Even thou the thrower is mostly of the 40K range, the throwing arm ist from the "whiparm" of the boar chariot. The pointing finger hand is from the old Wurrzag model. I do like you conversion thou. I also like sseing the soze comparison on the puppetwar BloodBowl orcheads. Even for the huge 40K nobz they seem to be little big. Really undecided about if I should get a set...could you make some more pictures of your minis where you used them? Some closeups and comparisons would be great.

The arms for my thower are coming from black reach boyz cut out of the bodies.
