The questions were easy: Any news (quantity, when...) about alternative poses? And what is going on with the 8-10 models per box? ;)
Chris wrote:The box I have has 10 per side, due I think to the sprues, they have 2 sets of arms for strikers and jacks per moulding. So I guess easier to ship 10 then have someone take off one set from each sprue?
Kickstarter box? Normal, full game, from a FLGS box?

Forge Fathers team box currently comes with 10: 2 three part guys, 4 guys with one hand pointing, 4 guys without hands, and then two sprues of 6 hands each (4 hands for pointing guy and 8 for the guys without hands at all). Pictures and mantic web shop show 8 miniatures.

Some news about KS shipments, and by extension extra poses:
From update #104

While Season 2 is still very much on track, the additional Season 1 models are running slightly behind, and rather than rush the production we have have made the decision to delay these models until the Season 3 shipment in Q3. This affects the additional sculpts from the Keeper, Jack and Striker pledges to take your teams to 14 players, as well as the prone figures and Keepers. These team upgrades will now arrive alongside their Season 2 and 3 counterparts later in the year.

Fair enough, and I tried to address those questions, but as per my OP I don't work for Mantic and have no info other than that which is publicly available.

It seems you've answered this one.

And this one too.

Anything else I can help you with today?

Sometimes they post here and there, it was a matter more of "who got the latest news". All the silly FB/newsletter exclusives, "sneak peek at expo" and such.

No, I said one current team box had 10 miniatures inside, not that future ones will have 10 or 8, that is not clear for now. They could change the box sleeves & the game box info, or reduce the contents in some form. The shop lists 10 bases & 8 FF, so they could keep the extra hands. Or start cutting hands and bases.
And this one too.
That one was written afterwards, but as nobody had posted, I just added to last post. Sorry if there was any confusion caused, I should had added "Edit: OK, one set of questions solved". The original "lots of questions" was in previous page.

Yes they do seem to be all over the shop. Currently it is 10 per team in the big box, 8 per team in the kickoff edition, and generally 8 per team box bar the robots who are 10. With 10 bases per team in each. Apart from the kickoff edition, which doesn't get any bases...

I do think they need to sort things out a bit, why have so many codes? Increases confusion in buying public, makes shops a bit curious as to which to stock and must increase costs.

I would let stocks run down then standardise on Kickoff edition, then add bases to that box or the extra time set. I would also add a set of counters to it and if they are popular the rosters (otherwise they should be a free download), as the counters, ref and cards then acts as the extras you need if you buy an extra board.
And if possible include more balls. Why can't say the arm sprues have a ball on? The game could really do with a few more floating around. And of course get the new sculpts into team sets (and kickoff edition) as soon as possible.

So you have standardised on each team being 8 (or 10 for funny teams like robots) strong, a sprue of bases, a game box including two of said teams and the extras pack, both to add to the core set and to any new board you buy.

Better pic of the facebook update, courtesy of cudasquarius. Those cheerleaders are going to look great on my amazon team as catchers.

Then you open the box... and sometimes there are 10. But hey, the box also said Made in Great Britain, no idea how that plays with all the talk about factory being in China. ;)

Maybe first batch of team bags were targeted at the big box, and any left over put into team boxes.

But I agree, they have a very "nice" mess and should streamline the range.

Very simple vac formed stadia, not in the league of 'proper' stadiums, just I think to give a bit more atmosphere. I picked one up at salute today for £20.

I love the cheerleaders but its tragic that their holo pom poms arent translucent acrylic. Itll be hard (for me) to paint them nicely.
