Vamp Team

Hi All,

I'm in the process of painting up my current GBBL League team the County Durham Counts! So far my vamps are about 70% completed but I have just about finished my thrills and thought I would share. Please excuse pictures.









One thing I am wondering is if the thrills are too dark? Would they benefit from a purple stripe on their trouser leg?

I like your thrills. They don't look very expensive. Cheap thrills?

You really should paint more than a model every six months, you're quite good at it!

My thrills are always cheap! (Stupid ipad auto correct) cheers don, I do hope to become more motivated to paint more. Targeting those pro elves you stripped for me next!

So do you guys think the thrills are ok or would you recommend the purple trouser stripe?

A very nice choice of colors. If you add a stripe, you should keep it in yellow. But if you really stick to a third color, it has to appear somewhere else. The numbers on the back could be in puprle for example, that way it wouldn`t look odd on the pants, since it`s the only spot the new colour would appear on.

I am eager to see the vampires in that colorscheme. Finally something new and fresh.

Cheers for the feedback guys, i hope to have count luthor and a couple of the other vamps finished tonight so pictures up soon! Also working up the courage to attempt some freehand logos and numbering....

I've never been a huge fan of those models, but with that lovely paint job I'm reconsidering! Great job

Very nice work.

I wouldn't add purple based on just seeing these, but show us a Vamp and there might be a call for purple then.

Cheers fellas, purple is used as a spot colour for gems, cloaks and on these thrills the ribbons attached to some belts. Will post up a wip vamp pic soon
