KR Multicase

Post by Vanguard »

I just wanted to share my experience dealing with KR Multicase. I ordered an Aquila 3 case from them last week and when the parcel arrived today, I'd be sent the wrong case. When I called to arrange for it to be swapped, they insisted I keep the wrong case and they would rush the correct one out immediately by first class post.
The chap I spoke to, and I unfortunately missed his name but he said he was the company owner, was very apologetic for the error. Was impressed by the customer service and felt it was worth highlighting.

Totally agree - I've ordered twice from them now and on both occasions the service and delivery speed has been excellent. Also, very pleased with the product quality!

Similar thing happened to me. They did a very good job sorting it out, but I wonder if their system is as robust as it should be!

Bought two of them now off of ebay in the last year, both are the 20 slot soft case ones (can't remember the name). Excellent for transporting a team around in.

I've been using the KR Multicase for a year or two now to take teams to league night and tournaments. Frankly, I can't even fathom how I used to get a team back and forth before that. So, another strong recommendation for the KR multicase.

That's the one I'd originally ordered, although I took two half trays instead of a single tray so that I could mix the slot sizes. The 1/3 depth trays take 40mm big guys no problem.

I've got a ton of models needing decent storage and have been looking at the KR stuff. Very confused by the website, customisation options etc though. I've got stuff ranging from plastic BB /warhammer minis, big guys, tanks, dragons, forgeworld super heavies and a stompa. Any advice from those of you storing similar stuff? I'm thinking getting a case for just individual minis and another to customise for the big stuff.

Fantastic cases.

I have 2 big card ones one with standard foam for figures and a custom one for my Valkyrie and some IG tanks. An aluminum one for Bloodbowl storage and an Aquilla 3 for taking BB stuff too and from games and extra BB storage.

The service has always been brilliant. If you have any questions about what to buy just e-mail them. I live in NZ and have never had a problem with postage/delivery etc and I have bought direct from the company in the UK 3 times.

the website can be a bit confusing but as I say I have always just e-mailed them with ideas/questions and they were always able to sort it out for me.

Cannot rate them highly enough
