Help me create minis for my Village People Ogre Team

I am making a Village People Ogre team (Why Village People, same logic train as playing Ogres)
There are 6 Village People in the band (Use them for Ogres)
I am looking for any type of mini, figure, doll (not lego) (2" ?) That would work for each member without to much conversion
and then I want to find snotlings
the second edition ones I have will work fine but as a super tie in I was thinking of making one (or more) characters from each of their songs. aka a boy looking snotling for YMCA

Given what is going on over there in Russia the snots need to be little Vladimir Putins in rainbow colours.

A guy here in my league is working on the exact same theme. I think he's just making the snotlings into back-up dancers in leotards and such, though.
