This figure is the 2013 SSB Minotaur sculpted by Pedro Ramos and it is only $15 USD! (and comes with 3 different arms (normal, tentacled and claw)

The figure is cast in plastic resin.

Pedro Ramos doesn't sound like a sculptor, with a name like that he should be threading passes through for Ronaldo and Benzema.
