Thanks. As I wrote in the linked blog post (in Italian) the softness/elasticity of the Bones plastic makes a bit tricky to work on it. It's best to glue stuff on small surfaces that are less likely to get bended. Also, pinning does help a lot in keeping stuff where you've put it

I kind of like the Troll with the pad more. When are you gonna start to paint him? Kind of curious, how the mini will look like....haven`t seen this model in use before.

Don't know, I'm very dispersive: play lots of games, painting time (that is not much for start) is spent following games played
Anyway, the troll with the shoulder pad is the one that will play in the Orcs team, so I plan bluish skin tone with pale chest and belly.
I've strated the other one first because my Chaos Pact team is in a somewhat advanced state of painting, while the Orcs aren't even primed.
