can't speak towards trollcast, but Impact is great and I'm sure they will sort it out for you.

Re: Trollcast Impact! Plastics Issues
There have been some issues, but Ed at Trollforge has constantly improved his system. I've got 80+ figures and 4 or 5 teams (plus handled a few more as prizes) and have issues with 3 or 4 figures total, none of which were serious.

Re: Trollcast Impact! Plastics Issues
I recently received and assembled a trollcast miniature and all was well. It was the little frilled lizard from the australian animals kickstarter, and the amount of detail was absolutely on par with metal miniatures.

Re: Trollcast Impact! Plastics Issues
Thanks guys for the support.
He posted this before emailing me about the problem. I've already apologized if the figures were not up to standard for him (can happen with pewter castings as well). I already sent him a replacement team that I looked over to make sure they were up to quality.

Re: Trollcast Impact! Plastics Issues
All is resolved. As I explained to Tom this was more of a general inquiry & tbh the concern was mostly about the material. I've requested a deletion of the thread. Hopefully I'll he posting a positive review soon.
