Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
A forum for football mini's talk.......painting, converting etc. etc. or showing off great accessories that make playing the game easier, cooler or more fun.
A couple of them are a bit overly acrobatic for my personal tastes, but with 16 sculpts I can live with that.
Armour and the overall look is about spot on. Look forward to seeing the casts.

Armour detail I like, but not keen on the majority of poses shown. Will wait to see sculpts before seeing if there's any I'd buy.
I know the many of the old GW figs were in crappy "line-dancing" poses, but I think some sculptors are going to far with the "all action" poses. More [American] Football poses, less break-dancing please!

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
Personally I think acrobatic poses are fine on some models, but it just gets messy when used on all models.
My personal preference is that catchers (or equivalents) should be leaping, diving or whatever. Blitzers can be running, but Linemen should be pretty static. I still maintain that the 1988 classics are a perfect model for designing a team, because each positional can easily be identified by their sillouette as well as by their gear. They may not be as dynamic as some more modern figures, but it does aid the actual playing of the game!

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.
Bit disappointed. The posing could be much improved, would also prefer shorter hair and more variation between positionals, but at the risk of going off topic...
... there's something else a little uncomfortably unclear here for me. Is Molten/MK1881 actually Rolljordan? Are Mark and Christian in fact one and the same man? Very confused.
