Dread Ball...
Simple question... How do the dread ball figures match up size and quality wise to BB figs? Particularly the dwarves

Check the Dreadball thread: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=37025 , about p.30.

Dwarfs are a decent size, as are the Veer-myn. Orx are about black orc size, and the human guards are about the same size as BB humies. I find the rest to be far too small to mix with GW sized stuff.

Goblins not a bad size. I had a plog up somewhere that I've not maintained in ages, try searching the Miniatures section for Zzkargo via the search function (posting from tapatalk mobile or I'd link directly). There are pics in there of the goblin and Forge Fathers alongside some BB figs.

Re: Dread Ball...
It's not like that.
The game is very good.
The limitedness of the stat line anyway is one of his limits (it has some more).
There are 4 stats. 1 depends on the role on the pitch (armor).
ST goes only from 3+ to 5+ (and 3+ is probably overpriced).
SP goes from 3+ to 5+ (and 3+ is probably broken/underpriced).
SK has almost only 2 starting values since there are no teams that start with 2+.
It makes me think the game would be a lot better with a wider range.
Like Deadzone that uses D8.
It is still very good anyway IMO.

And the question was about miniature scale, not game mechanics.Chris wrote:There are so many worse games in existence...bound for glory wrote:worst.game.ever.

There are so many worse miniature games in existence that compare poorly to BB models in size and qualitySteam Ball wrote:And the question was about miniature scale, not game mechanics.Chris wrote:There are so many worse games in existence...bound for glory wrote:worst.game.ever.
