HE Thrower - Accurate, Strong Arm, 11
Would I have use of the AG+?

I'm thinking defensive skill, but any tip would be appreciated.

Always take +AG on any AG3 or AG4 player. Always. This guy has Safe Throw too, and will be able to Long Bomb into coverage with 94% accuracy, not to mention picking up in and Long Passing from a zone on the same odds, or dodging through/into a zone on a 2. It would be mad not to take it!

I think this player benefits of AG 5 more than any other but a leaper.

Long Bomb a 2+ with pass and Safe Throw working at 2+ (with a RR if needed)...

I would slay for that on my pro elf thrower. Take it and hang him in the backfield, he can run the offense from the touchdownland.

Thanks fellas, for the advice, I am a new High Elf coach and coming from Lizardmen I am not use to all this passing. Using him far back will be the thing, making sure that guy stays away from the orcs :P

Yeah, I think the AG+ is worth it, not for the 2+ long bomb, but for the 2+ INT save from Safe Throw and the 2+ pick-up in the rain (and easier dodges). Dodge next.

AG5 will make him the absolute best Thrower you can get in the game (although a little MA and Block/Dodge would round him out a bit). But all it really does is eliminate the possibility of Inaccurate on a 2 for Long Bombs, and make your Safe Throw better. Helps in Rain and in tackezones too, obviously, but for what you're using him for, 40k in TV might be too steep given he already has SA and A. Refer to this chart:

AG6 is definitely not worth it, as it wouldn't actually improve your throwing. AG6 is for gaudy ball-retriever types like leaping Slann Catchers, Gutter Runners, maybe elf catchers, not for a Thrower.
