Undead query.

Are allies allowed? I think not. My other question is, can your Undead team use a Vampire Lord from the Vampires team. Again I am guessing no but am interested in the reply. In fact can the Undead team use Vampires at all apart from as star players?

Allies are currently not allowed for any team in the game.

You can not hire allies unless its house ruled.
So the only way undead could get a vampire is to freeboot count von drakenborg.
