I can understand if it was meant to be 25% originally not 50% but come out and say it was a mistake, choice is then to stand by any orders made or not, but just changing it without explanation just adds to the confusion,

I will say this, I've used greebo before and probably will again, always had good service from them, just this seems confused at best...

I agree with Tom that this is most likely not something that happened on purpose. I might still pick up the Volmarians at the current price but it does look a bit odd. Will wait for a reply from Lorenzo before placing the order for sure

I have to admit, the 50% sale hurt my friends' enthusiasm for both the Impact and RollJordan Kickstarters. The change to 25% will result in the money being spread around more evenly, I think.

I (think I) understand the pinch you find yourself in. For myself, however, it's a bitter situation having contacted friends and started to put an order together for all of us, just to have it cancelled again.

Okay now that I just saw the KickTraq.com data on the Rolljordan KickStarter, I think this makes sense now as they had a lot of backers leave the KickStarter the day Greebo announced the sale.

At 50% discount, Greebo was selling the two teams that Rolljordan has on KickStarter for less than Rolljordan is for his "new" versions of the team.

My guess is that molten at Rolljordan called/emailed Greebo screaming bloody murder and for whatever reason Greebo decided it was more important to agree to his demands and tick off customers than to keep the sale going.

I was confused by Greebo's comments but now that I've seen the KickTraq data for the 2nd day of that KickStarter which matches up to the Greebo sales announcement, well now it makes sense.

What I have to be honest in my opinion here. Greebo should have told Rolljordan to go spin as Rolljordan has gone out of his way to tear down Greebo in his KickStarter.

Just to make things clear I am not directly involved in this, hope Lorenzo can confirm it. I was involved in the discussion (being one of the manufacturers) but not imposing anything to anyone.
The situation was discussed and agreed by several, and had nothing to do with the KS I am running. I just lost 2 backers since the start. Last backer is number 27 and I have 25 active. (This can be proven if anyone has questions) Loss was 171$ from the total. Both done 5 days ago.

I can confirm all, no one impose me to change discount, was only in respect versus all company like mine, big discount can damage and we don't want crate damage, more simple than you can think.

Got to admit those Kicktraq figures look funky - how can a project have -1 comments on the first day, or be starting on -$1000. I know I've had issues with molten in the past but I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one. I've heard KQ has technical issues sometimes, and I think this is one of them.
