Armor busted pestigor skills up

I have a block, MB, tackle pestigor who took an armor break. This last game he got a regular skill up. I have one more game before the playoffs, and I will likely to be in the playoffs though it isn't certain if I don't win my last match. My last regular season match will be against a high TV Khorne team. My potential playoff opponents are Chaos, WE, Nurgle (killer style), Necro (with killer wolves), Norse, the same Khorne team I am playing this week.

The Khorne team is playing the killer Nurgle team this week before our match, so they may, or may not, be pared down a bit (said killer Nurgle team killed my best pestigor when we played and wracked up 5 CAS overall). Note that the Khorne team has a lot of guard (5 to my 4).

So with all that said, it seems like there are two obvious choices for my pestigor's skill up - Claw or PO. Claw will help more with the Chaos/Nurgle teams I might match up with, and PO with the others, especially the elves. The interesting question too is whether I want PO on an av7 player - I'll take fewer blocks, but more fouls...

Claw. As you don't have anyone else you can use this guy as a hit & run blitzer.

One of the other teams in the division has 3 Block/MB/Claw pieces (one with PO) so I know all about it.
