Dwarves painted for user Jembo17

Post by axia »

Hi guys! It's been a long time that I've posted here, but university and other things kept me away from the forum, but not from the painting! And here I am to show you some dwarves painted for the user Jembo17! Made in little more than one day, it's a "fast'n furious" commission! Hope you like them, the colour scheme was chosen by him and the miniatures are from Virgil games! And here they are! Hope you like them, I'm open to commissions

You can paint like that in a day, and you waste that talent on dwarves.

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

Apart from your obvious talent, you must have a pretty damn good system/formula to get them done to such a standard in so short a time.

Absolutely stunning work!!

I really should stop viewing these threads - they only serve to make me feel more inadequate about my own painting efforts!!

On a side note - if you have any tutorials or tips on how to improve on speed I'd be very interested to read them. I can live with the quality I produce and accept that it will never look as good as yours but I'd love to be quicker... it takes me so damn long to paint just one figure.

I'm sure the answer is just practice, practice, practice... BUT if there are any short-cuts, I'm all ears! :-)
