Heff...Keeping the Dwarf (and lego) hate alive
If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

I can live with the quality I produce and accept that it will never look as good as yours but I'd love to be quicker... it takes me so damn long to paint just one figure.

I'm sure the answer is just practice, practice, practice... BUT if there are any short-cuts, I'm all ears! :-)
No food, no s*x and no sleep must be part of the recipe !
LOL... I was worried that might be the answer! :-?

Aahahah poor Heff! However about the speed: no food no s*e*x? WFT!!! A lot of food and s*e*x but also a lot of pratice and method: paint more than one mini at time and paint all the blues, all the beige, all the yellow, all the metals, all the skin... and go on!

Hey guys, I completely agree about how frighteningly fast Axia painted the figures to such a high standard. :o

I asked for the dwarves to be painted in the old school Dwarf Warhammerers scheme, as I don't use a dwarf team (that was put in for Heff 8) ) myself, but wanted the stars to be available for the other teams that they can play for. I figured that that team strip would be very fitting for dwarf special weapons.

Axia's communication throughout was superb and like I said there was a scarily quick turn around time. I would recommend his painting services to anyone, and am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my Willy miniatures vampire team...(!)
