Can Chaos Dwarfs use a Dwarf Alchemist?

Kinda lame question, but how are wizards ruled for CD? (Chaos) Dwarf Alchemist or (Hobgoblin?!?) Wizard? or what?

they get a normal fireballing, lightningbolting, "Never use the Zap! spell" wizards. You could use either a hobgoblin or a CD, but I think there are more Chaos Dwarf wizards than hobgobs.
