These are the ghouls I like the best:

And, although it is too big,

Anyway, for style, armor and footballyness, these are the ones I am hoping to match....

Ok, but don't we want something that set earlice apart from these guys? Otherwise it would be easier to just get one of those? Does he have any distinctions?

Someone kitbashed this: http://www.coolminiornot.com/326402
Here's a thought, if you want to do a more versatile model: Do a gaunt individual that could be painted as either a skeleton or ghoul and include two different heads... then we could have J Earlice and or Humerus Carpal.... If it is sized well I would want two....
As to looks, both earlice and carpal have catch and dodge so, similar to the extant star card for Carpal, you could have the figure making an over the shoulder catch....

I think I'd have keep it simple regarding the sculpt. As it is now it's crazy Igor in the lead, so I might be doing him. Unless people start voting for Willow real soon. Here are my thoughts:
Crazy Igor: I simply think the straight jacket and renfield-like fluff is a funny idea.
Willow: she can be a bit larger as she's ST4. She's treekin, so I have a tiny bit of experience there and I never really like her last name until I started doing thorns on her "armor", which I think is going to look cool.
Earlice: His clawlike hands are probably going to be easier than human hands. And I guess that a monstrous face is easier to do than an human one.
Now I just need to pick one D:

Practicing my modelling. Had a spare Ulf and needed a Cheney model that stood out from my regular Ulfs, so I filed his face off and did a new one in greenstuff. This head is waay big... need to learn to do smaller stuff, but pretty succesful for my first ever 32 mm face.

OK, so I've decided to do Crazy Igor and I've done some preliminary modelling to see if I'm able to do it in the right scale... this is a head I did:
Compression is a bit much on the photo, but it looks like I might be able to pull it off.

I like the look of him, but he doesn't follow the fluff from blood bowl... He looks more like the frankenstein-type Igor that undead teams can hire. The Igor star player is a chaos influenced human, who is partial to becoming a vampire. Also I feel like a lot of people are looking for true 28mm models. He is a bit on the big side. Plus, there'd be no purpose for me in modelling a model that already exists.

So it begins! This model is going to be exactly 28mm to the eyes (did the armature with a 3rd ed Norse player as reference.) The drawing is just to help me stick with the plan.

More progress. With a Norse thrower next to it for scale. This is a really wonderful hobby! I might do a team of some sort! O_O

Very nice sculpting so far - his feet, shins and calves look great, as does the right thigh.
The left thigh looks a touch longer than the right, and perhaps a bit too flat in the front plane just above the knee.
That said, I'm astonished at the results if this is your first attempt at sculpting!
