Necronomicon II miniatures for Fantasy Football - Cthulhu
Quite a while ago this Indiegogo Campaign has startet: I would just call it "Sharkattack!"

Still 12 days to go, let's help him getting the € 500!
Less than the half is missing,...
Come on!

The project is Flexible Funding ... which means he is promising to produce and sell the figures even if he does not reach the 500 Euros. Probably one of the biggest issues with Flexible Funding is that the backers lose that sense of if we do not back this it will never happen. If the project creator is saying "I'm going to make this no matter what" that drive that fuels crowdfunding is just missing.
I think Rykar made some fun new figures in that group and some interesting modifications on the greens that were used for the Necronomicon team he did for us. So I hope he gets more money to his project ... just wish he would have listened to the repeated advice on this forum that backers often stay way from Flexible Funding projects.

well, if the team is going to be produced no matter what the outcome of the funding is, than win win, no?

Then he made more than one mistake.GalakStarscraper wrote:No ... because the figures that were the coolest where the ones being offered as stretch goals.bound for glory wrote:well, if the team is going to be produced no matter what the outcome of the funding is, than win win, no?
The campaign is based on figures than are little more than alternative poses for already existing figures....
With an altready existing Big Guy.
While the really cool stuff is just hinted to...
It' not even clear what one gets with the big rewards... "about 70 miniatures"... which 70 miniatures?!?
The best stuff should be the one that pulls the cart.

Other than the re-posed Sharks, are any of these minis new? Potentially interested, but don't want to double up on minis I already own.

Up the 500 Euro level ... the minis offered are just the re-posed Sharks.Olaf the Stout wrote:Other than the re-posed Sharks, are any of these minis new? Potentially interested, but don't want to double up on minis I already own.

So I would like a shark team, but I am not clear what is currently available and what I get? So the pictures are available and the locked symbols are more models not yet made, instead of showing me the pictures next to them are locked?

Cheers Tom. I'm not interested in that case. I'd probably buy more Cthulhu minis if he made them, but the Sharks aren't enough to get a sale from me.GalakStarscraper wrote:Up the 500 Euro level ... the minis offered are just the re-posed Sharks.Olaf the Stout wrote:Other than the re-posed Sharks, are any of these minis new?
