Great team!

But please see if you can make the rest of the snotlings more dynamic. The current batch looks great, just get some more movement into the team :)

I'll probably have to support this campaign as there's not a single model so far that I don't love... Plus the quality of your Dwarfs was top notch. Am a bit worried about the balance of the kicking Ogre, though.

Thanks to all for your comments :)
Initially I want to do the ogres in 52mm. But recently I decided that they will be 40mm tall to ease the playing. The snots will remain at 15-17mm tall.
The campaign will begin next week, and the models will be casted in resin.
And about the price... all I can say for the moment it's that the complete team (16 miniatures) will cost less than 100 euros.
Cheers!

Resin you say?

Excellent news. Who is your caster?

And at 40mm (which is plenty, 52mm is way too big) tall will these fit nicely onto 30mm bases?

edit: I know a lot of people have a sentimental attachment to pewter, but honestly resin is better. It takes paint better, holds paint better, and reproduces detail better, certainly when looking at CAD designed and 3D printed miniatures like these.
It's lighter, and in a game like BB where models spend a lot of time laying down it is less likely to damage. Good quality resin flexes without breaking and doesn't bend into a new, static shape like pewter does.

And the quality of resin casting from a certain few European casters today is miles and miles ahead of what has gone before. Honestly the models I have here from Vortice and Sukubus (cast by RN Estudio) are some of the best I've handled and knock lumps out of companies much larger and more established.

If weight is an issue, fill your bases with Polyfilla.

These in resin means I'm probably buying two Orge teams

Perhaps an ogre doing a football type double handed throw -in with a goblin next?

or a running ogre with snotlings hanging out of various pockets in his clothes?

or an ogre swinging a snot by the leg like a weapon?

how about a snot landing backwards, making skidmarks in the turf?

an ogre spitting a snotling?

a snotling in camouflage gear?

inspector gadget snotling? Go go gadget arms...

a snotlibg walking on the bloodbowl ball like a circus act?

These look awesome...I think I'll be upgrading my Ogre team.

I picked up the Dwarf team they made, and those models were fantastic - and from a modelling point of view, I found them great as well. They all had nice big flat surfaces for sticking to the bases as well, so no tiny joints or anything, which was a nice change.

Is there any particular reason for the stars on shoulder pads and belt buckles? Personally I'd prefer a smooth surface to paint numbers etc.

It is also interesting to compare the differences between Vortice's Ogres. I prefer the character of the Virgil Ogres but dislike the 'squareness' of the armour especially.
