Vortice miniatues undead team painted on commission!High lvl

Post by axia »

Hi guys! Finally I have my pc back and I can start again to show up my works! Here ther is the new Vortice miniatures undead team! The cast is awesome and needs only very little cleaning, the resin is hard and has a lot of details! A real pleasure to paint! The colourscheme was chosen by Txanke Vortice and is a striking one! Hope you like them! Comments and critics are welcome, I accept commissions. Cheers!

Awesome work as always. The contrast between the blue and green is inspired.

Bravo, sir. :D

Must be the best Undead team out there. Just love the models and the painting!

Fantastic job and really love the team too. Nothing wrong with the Mummy size IMO, its a fantasy game :D

I'm a British Freebooter, will play for any team including Undead (I have my own Apothecary). Good rates.

I guess, some people would deem the mummies as to large.
But having them smaller would result in a problem that I have with my selfmade Khemri team: Skeletons an mummies do look very similar!
I had to use square bases on my mummies to make them easy to spot but I never liked this solution.

Maybe I just picked the wrong models...
WHFB skeletons and some Reaper mummies.
So it basically is a lot of "Bleached Bone" on the pitch. :orc:

Yes, I am one with the opinion that they are mummified humans not mummified Ogres...

I generally find lots of bandages vs bones is enough to tell them apart...

Rest of the team is great though.

I like my ST5 players the size of ST5 players, so I can live with the scale of these dudes :)

Should say I do the bones bleached bone and the bandages white (though nowhere near as good as the white bandages above!).
