By the way, Dettol can be found in a lot of German stores. Try Indian, Asian or African supermarkets.

Re: How to remove paint from plastic?
I just came back from the pharmacy, bought me a bottle of "Sterillium".
First couple of minis already soaking in the alcohol, plastic and metal alike...
Will post results here when I know more.
Edit: After just a couple of hours, flakes of paint started swimming in the stuff.
So I felt bold and started the brushing process.
The alcohol works like a charm. I didn't get of all the paint but that isn't a miracle after just a couple of hours.
Also, I chose plastic WHFB Skaven, which are very small and hunched, so I didn't get the brush everywhere it needs to go.
Also had metal Dark Elf minis in there and only some black undercoat was left in the deepest recesses.
I will soak the minis for a couple more hours, try bushing them again and get back to you guys.
Edit 2: If you ask me, Isopropanol is the thing to look for.
Soak 'em overnight, brush 'em thoroughly and you should be fine.
No negative effect on the plastic to be seen, not even glue seems to be dissolving.
Now where can I buy this stuff cheap... *starting a google search*

Protip, do not use paint thinner with plastic minis. Learned the hard way.
