I do like the ogres a lot!
Modelling helmets and other armour looks extremely good on them!

My skaven are ready and primed, waiting to be painted.
Only the rat ogre hasn't arived yet.

Maybe more pics when I got some work done.
But my only camera sucks... :(

EDIT: Now I'm sitting here, trying to decide what team colors the skaven should have.
There is armour to paint and some cloth as well, so two colors seem to be okay.
I somehow tend to paint the armour parts in a poisonous green, like warpstone.
What color could go with poisonous green? :?:

Unfortunately, he showed off only two minis, so I don't know if it is true.
I almost ordered these boxes but then hesitated.
I built a Dark Elf team from three boxes of Dark Eldar - two of Warriors and one box of Wyches. The Wyches became Witch Elves, Runners, and one Assassin. The Warriors are Blitzers and Linemen. I'll post pics when I finally find my %^&* camera charger. Or join the 21st century and buy a smartphone. Whichever comes first.

I can confirm that the Dark Eldar models are fantastic on their own and perfect for Dark Elves. A lot of folks think that the Dark Eldar plastic models are some of GW's best work. One thing I'd warn anyone about who intends to use them is that the (Warrior) model bodies are essentially three parts - an assless leg section, a torso section, and a butt section. The butt has a hand weapon and grenades on it and is very inappropriate for Blood Bowl. I ended up sculpting 12 sets of butts in putty. The things we do for our hobby. The butts didn't end up looking too great, so I then sculpted some hanging loincloth bits to cover them up. That ended up looking okay.

Those look very good, my skaven are very similar to yours.
I mostly rely on the heads to distinguish positions.
Throwers with no helmets, blitzers with large helmet blades, runners with smaller and lines with no blades at all.
Just to make sure, I'll paint the base edges in different colors, so it will be clearly seen, which positional player you'r dealing with, like white for throwers, red for blitzers and so on.
Still looking for a color scheme, though...

What you did with the Dark Eldar is exacty what I have in mind, except I don't like cloaks on my players.
I really hope that I can get a full team out of those two boxes I bought on ebay.

Has anyone ever tried to convert Pro Elves?
Right now, I don't have any idea what kind of miniatures to use for that conversion.

Anyone with ideas?

They are fantastic, cudos to Shteve0.
But this is way beyond my abilities to work with greenstuff. :pissed:
Not to speak about the access to parts.

I was thinking more about minis that can be converted rather than kitbash hundreds of Euros worth in miniature kits. :orc:
