That would be awesome!
Base Weights for the 30mm would be difficult since the underneath is textured to allow you to put large monster pegs through it.

Also ... the normal figure you would put on a 30mm base should be heavy enough that a base weight would be overkill .... right?

I should also mention that as a service to our customers.

BBFigs.com adds in a 30mm bases to the GW Big Guys that we sell as well.

Any tips or advice on mounting big guys with a tab on these bases? Without the walls to the slot, there's not much to glue the tab to. Should I just pad the base with green stuff?

cut the tab so the BG is left with two spikes on their feet - drill two holes in the base corresponding to the spikes (try to keep them as small as possible so the spikes fit snugly) - superglue both feet in place - use putty on the underside of the base if extra stability is required

Vanguard. If you flip our 30mm base over you will see a scored out base tab slot that we put in it already. Just use an exacto knife to cut it out on the scoring lines and you'll be set to go! There should be enough base material to hold the figure even without the wall going all the way down.

Norse's method works as well.

I fill all bases with wood putty after gluing the miniature because I think it looks more finished to have a solid bottom. I have found some buy guys to be a bit wobbly on the 30 mm bases before applying the wood putty, but the putty completely solves it.
