Hey guys,
I'm planning to make a new Orc Team from WHFB and 40k Orcs. The Blackorcs will obviously be WHFB Blackorcs. The other team mates should be made from 40k Orcboys. So I have a few questions for converting those minis.
I want the lineman and blitzers to have some football look, so I found these beautys:

Anyone else used those heads? Can they be used to replace the standard Orc heads?
Also I want some shoulder pads and found those ones:

Are they good or should I look for other ones? It is the first time I want to convert some Blood Bowl minis.

Re: Orc Team Conversion Questions
First of all, no, I don't have any experience with those heads or pads you posted.
Sorry.
Just note that if those parts are made from resin instead of plastic, you can't use plastic glue.
I converted my whole team from only 40K Orcs and it went quite well.
I used different shoulder pads from the kit to determine positionals.
Please see here: Moshington Greenskins
I used the spiky shoulders for Blitzers and the flat shoulders plus faceguard for the Black Orcs.
I'm pretty sure you could work out some fantastic team with extra parts.
Good luck and have fun!

The heads are ever so slightly larger than Ork heads. But to be honest with a coat of paint I don't really notice any more! I went with Nobz as the BOrcs, I think they're slightly larger.
No idea on the pads, sorry!

Re: Orc Team Conversion Questions
I converted my orc team from a box of 40k Orc Boyz and black orcs from 40k Nobz. I did have WFB black orcs too, but the poses and gear on Nobz looked better than full plate WFB black orcs, so I went with the Nobz. They're slightly bigger, so it's clearer that they're ST4 players, and the intimidation factor rises, and they get less blocks/blitzes

Re: Orc Team Conversion Questions
i have those heads! hav'nt used them, but they do match up with the 40k heads, so you will have no trouble with them.
and i highly recommend them(and the human heads, which i have put to use) to anyone interested.
