Salutations Readers,
I have a question about when you can use a team Re-roll on the block dice vs a Wrestle player. Do you pick the block dice result before use of skills (Block/Wrestle) or is it all at the sme time? For example I pick Both Down; opponent says He will,or will not, use wrestle; I then decide to use re-roll.

- 1 - roll block dice
2 - choose to reroll or not
3 - choose which dice to use
4 - apply skills to result

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

That is an interesting question and not one I had thought about.
I would normally play a little more fluid:
roll dice - its both down
Me - "Ill use wrestle"
Opponent - "Ok then, ill re-roll"

This part of the rules comes from the skills-part of the rules, on the same page as the re-roll rules are explained.
I think it's safe to assume that re-rolls of any kind all work the same.
So if you choose both down, because you have block, block is used first. And the re-roll must be used directly after the block dice have been thrown, before your opponent uses any of his skills.
At least, that is my interpretation of that rules segment.

In this case you may choose to use the skill after an opposing player carries out an Action or moves a square. If both coaches want to use a skill to affect the same Action or move, then the coach whose turn is taking place must use his skill first.
Note that you can’t ‘go back’ in time and use a skill or re-roll to affect an earlier Action. For example, if a player was blitzing, you couldn’t have him throw a block, move a couple of squares, and then say “Actually, I think I’ll use my Pro skill to re-roll that block.” – the skill or re-roll must be used directly before or after the event it will affect or not at all.

your opponent could not re-roll after he let you use your skill or not.
