Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
A forum for football mini's talk.......painting, converting etc. etc. or showing off great accessories that make playing the game easier, cooler or more fun.
Got the fat rat and it's great, so don't see any reason not to get this one.
Reason:''
Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
Just a few minor things put me off slightly;
1) rather thick stiches on the ball
2) the spikes on the cannon in all 4 directions (especially the symetry/ it being 4 I guess)
3) the mushroom/big spike on the back.
Nothing that can't be solved easily... so great effort in the end!
I defiantly want a pair of these to make the thrower stand out on the team.

My only gripe would be the ball. Real (American) footballs, upon which most of the model fantasy footballs are based, have prominent laces on only one seam and only in the middle area (see link below). These laces are to improve the thrower's grip, not to hold the seams together. It's not a big deal on this model, as the "extra" laces can be filed off. But you may want let the sculptor know for future models.
