Converting a Dark Elf Team

Would it be posible to know which colors did you use for painting the skin? I find it quite original and I would like to give it a try.

Sure.

1. Base: VMC Pale Blue
2. Shadows: 50/50 mix of base colour and VMC Field Blue
3. Deep shadows: pure Field Blue
4. First highlight white added to the base colour
5. More white added

Any advances on the rest of the team?

I had a son since I began this team and life with two kids is just.. different. I did manage to convert some more players and paint up a second blitzer though:
