throwing team mates

Can I combine throwing teammate with hail mary pass?
Can an ogre use a leader re-roll? :roll: :roll: :roll:

As for if your Ogre can use a Leader ReRoll, the answer is yes. A very important skill especially for a team with a Wild Animal.
I don't know the answer to the Hail Mary question, although it's very funny! I'm just imagining a screaming goblin, in flight, from endzone to endzone. I suppose you could use the Pass skill.
Brings up a similar question of if Hail Mary can be used in a Blizzard when only quick or short passes can be attempted.

Hmp with Ttm is answered in the last rules review, the answer is no.

You cannot use HMP in a Blizzard (the skill descritpion specifically prohibits that)
