Hi Folks !
After I received my collection of BB Mags last week (unfortunately I don't own issue No. 1) I read issue No. 2 this morning and was very interested in the article about 4th Ed.
My girlfriend bought (English) BB last year and the box included the handbook, the playbook and a couple of pages with rule's update (seems to be the same as from GW-Homepage as BB 2001 update).
Now I am wondering wether this update is 4th Ed. or not and what the new German BB contains...
Can anybody clear this confusion of different versions and/or updates ???
Thanks !
Stefan

Sounds like your girlfriend bought the 3rd edition
bbmag2 had 4th or gold edition rules
currently we are using living rulebook2 rules
the living rulebook is the most up to date rules version at any time so if you want them just download it
bbmag 1 and 2 were bought out before the living rulebook was made, not sure about 3 but bbmag4 and onwards are for the current rules

And that's coming from 4th edition's biggest proponent (though not at first).Zombie wrote:BB mag 1 and BB mag 2 describe the 4th edition of the game, a version that has long since been scrapped. Throw it away and never look at it again if you want to avoid confusion.

He's right, though. There were some neat ideas in there but that's all been thrown out the window. Don't confuse yourself with it.
