Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!

You could probably read the book yourself in the time they took to rules lawyer it all though!
Well, we do like to rules lawyer things
Reason:''
Scrumpy Scramble (2017), Foul Bowl 2016, SAWBBowl 2017- International Glowworm Award Auld World Masters 2017- Most Casualties Chimera Cup 2017- Most Touchdowns
Im not sure there will be enough content for an almanac this year - on the assumption issue 2 is released in July/August and issue 3 October - December that would mean there are three issues of content plus a couple of WD articles.....which seems a little light.
Also...if issue 3 is closer to December then an almanac would make that third third issue a little pointless if all the content is going to be lifted.
Unless there is a separate rules expansion of some sort - I reckon the next almanac would be closer to December 2019 with somewhere between 5-7 issues of content
Yes, 2016-11 to 2017-06 was a period with loads of new BB content and the Almanac that followed was packed with (almost) all of this. After summer 2017 we haven't seen much new contents. There were some cards and pitches in december 2017 and some new content in may 2018 with Chaos, cards and Spike. Not nearly the same amount as 1 year before. Which is ok I guess, there was so much last year, you could play a long time to discover and explore it all.
True, I yet have to play with the sponsorship rules for example. Will probably introduce them next season to facilitate more stadium play (the stadiums I adore, especially the special play surface ones like the one that has a slope).
Any plans of making Spike! available digitally like DZ 1 and 2? Maybe bundling 3 together, if you don’t want to cannibalise he initial paper release? Having the rules on the phone is really handy.
Plasmoid, the Danish website makes a 1 to 10 conversión for all the stuff while the exchange rate is now close to 1 to 8.4. That’s likely the reason. Just checked and 5.99£ becomes 59 dkk (7£)
Not sure why an online publication should be more expensive in different countries, though, or why GW advertises free shipping to stores when, for DK at least, we have a 15% surcharge (same as FW, where you buy in pounds) due to an exchange rate from before Brexit.
