Hello,

I made this team purely for fun, I don't expect to win much.

15 Halflings 450k
Apothecary 50k
Master Chef 50k
3 FF 30k (who wants to watch Halflings play anyway?)
7 TRR 420k

Thoughts? hehe

well i think i woulda traded in one of those rrs and a couple of flings for a tree, but to each their own.

My starting LRB Halfling team is:

2 Ogres
Freeboot Deeproot
Freeboot Master Chef
10 Halflings
3 Rerolls
Apothecary
9 FF

This roster has been a very strong one for me.

I Started one with
Ogre
Treeman
14 Flings
9 FF
4 RR
20 K Treasury

After a couple of games, they are around 145 TR, and both my Big Guys are threats ! The Ogre has Block and Pro, the Treeman has Block and Multiple Block. He also has 9 Cas in 5 games !

While playing Flings, I learned that Side Step can be very annoying !

I love fielding Ogres for the Halflings. Gives a bit more versatility. I'm gonna really hate to see em go!

This is my line up

11 Halflings 330,000
1 Rookie Treeman 110,000
7 Re-Rolls 420,000
9 Fan Factor 90,000
Apothecary 50,000

Good for a long term league, save up for an other treeman and more halflings and you are all set. Then spend 50k every game to get the chef, it lowers your TR also.

Why use Ogres over Treemen?

Because Ogres definately will show up for the first half, there's a chance the Treeman will not with Take Root...
