A bad day at the office for Blood'n' Mud

Ah well, after a couple of games in the MBBL and LPL where I couldn't do much wrong, I just knew Nuffle was gonna bite me sooner or later:

My Khorne daemon team Blood 'n' Mud were playing a Vamp team, leading 1-0 H-T. Here's every single on field D6 roll I made second half on my way to a 1-2 defeat:

Oops indeed! The 6 at the end killed my Spikes/Dodge 150K Spellcaster, which also means I lose my 180K Bloodthirster!

I feel your pain

................................well actually its my own pain i am feeling after hitting several things when my MBBL chaos team, who is under 0-2, just now in their last turn of the first half failed a GFI in the endzone

PS. Now i know how you felt when you did not win the game as the ogre failed that GFI in the endzone in the last turn of the game.

Can I just point out that I didn't lose, I merely failed to win!

What was painful about that was twice in tournaments I've had a win snatched away by an Ogre scoring in the last turn: Dutch Open was Bonehead, a 4+ pick up and 2 gfi's to make it 2-2, and at Rendez-Vous it was just a straight BH and 2 gfi's to also make it 2-2 on the last turn. Oh the irony...

pfft think that sucks about 4 games ago my best centaur niggled from aging (one of 2 double rolls i had made on the whole team) so i start saving up and replace him after another 3 matches

first game with brand new centaur winning 2-1 then he gets blocked and niggled (apoth used turn before) 2 blocks later my other centaur gets blocked and niggled

so in the space of 1 match i retired 3 centaurs :/

It's all swings and roundabouts. Both my BCs on my LPL team have rolled ST increases...last game a CD Blocker rolled one as well.

Wow...that's rough. And I thought the Tool Hated My guts. I just missed a 1 measley GFI in the end zone that would have been a great td (Orc Team, no rrs left, lineman dodges away to free a blitzer from a ST 4 opponent, dodge successful, 1 Die Blitz Good, blitzer free...AG 4 Orc thrower runs, GFI's to get in short pass range, hits an accurate pass which is caught), that would have tied the game 1-1 at half. This after my Orcs got their a@$ handed to them the whole half. Oh well...

Its not online...but...
Final game of the tournament (somehow I've made it to table 1). I win and I go to the semis. I take a 2-0 lead into half time.
Opponent Humas score a quick one I couldn't do a great deal to stop after a bad kick gave the ball to a blitzer in the wide zone.
I just need to hold the ball for five turns. I have four bodyguards down by my runners all of whom have Guard. All I need to do is hold onto the ball.

In pouring rain, my runner fails six attempts to pick up the ball in a row. The ball scatters to my opponent's thrower, who strolls in to equalise.

I am dumped ceremoniously out of the playoff race.

I should be into PBeM-BB somehow .. i think i registered there at the PBEMBBL .. only have to submit a team, and learn how to play on that pbem tool.

I have played 4 games of PBeM with chaos dwarves and have rolled terribly in each. I am 1-2-1, the only win against a high elf team that rolled worse then me. I have passed 4 attempts to pick up the ball out 15. I was rolling so bad I actually figured out that my success rate on D6 rolls was 64% and most of my rolls are 2+ push-its (I was to scared to try anything requiring a 4+).
I have beaten armour 15 times out of over 100 knockdowns.
To make it even worse,I have had 5 players die in those 4 games. Not get injured, DIE!

But I play a tabletop game with a rookie goblin team and win 3-0, so I think the tool just hates me.

All I can say is SCREW NUFFLE!

Current MBBL2 game is the worst set of idie rolls i;'ve played table top or E-mail, so far i'm 1-0 down all five re-rolls were burned and invariable failed on skulls and 1's which magically reappeared. Two killed by animal house 1 in the first turn of the game. Most turns i've only been able to move a couple of players before the dreaded 1's and Skulls have raided their ugly heads. To make matters worst its a Blizzard and Animal House Mummies have Blitzed using gfi's all over the place and not failed a single 3+ gfi. naturally i failed the first i went for. To add insult to injury i didn't get close with a 2 but rolled a 1.

Its half time and a Niggld player has now dropped out, and a 10+ SW has been sent off. Its unlikely anything else can get any worse.

Off course, I've locked all the doors and removed all sharp objects from the house. I'm a little worried about going in the garden in case i trip over a leaf and impale myself on a blade of grass.
