Don't worry about which side of the Atlantic, Pacific, or Indian ocean the person's on. We're good people here. Shipping to Europe runs about the same as it does coast-to-coast in the States.

There are not that many sales/trades offers here, some yes, but I wouldn't call it plenty. And if there is a mini you really want, you won't care if from US, Europe or elsewhere else, believe me.

Overseas shipping is 3.00-9.00US$, takes 4-7 days.
