one skill per action

is this rule official. i've seen written it on some web sites, and i'm wondering how it works?
eg, if i use block on a block roll, can i then use mighty blow?
or nerves of steel with pass or catch?

But anyway, this was in the {now not spoken about} 4th edition, just forget about it.

thanks, that clears up allot of stuff.

i'll try search in future but i've found it difficult to locate exact things

Yeah, the search option can be a pain if you don't kmow the exact wording of the thing you're searching for(!), but it will save you getting somw sarky comments like "Do a search

", which some people will post.
