Greetings
I am new to this forum, but not to BloodBowl.
I have been playing since 2nd ed. and like Jervis I think that BloodBowl is the best game GW ever made. BRING BACK THE STYROFOAM ASTRO-GRANITE PITCH!
I play in a group that rotates between WHFB (primarily), Mordheim, and BloodBowl.
Our next BloodBowl tourney starts in July and we are using the BBLRB2 rules for the first time. It should be interesting. I have found that the aging rules and the new injury tables really punish the elven teams (high cost, lots of skill advancement). I am thinking about house ruling them out for our tourney.
See ya

Welcome to the boards!
Aging has certianly introduced a new element to the game, and it makes team management that much more interesting. I find that the agility and high scoring teams tend to sprint out ahead in win/loss early in a league, but hit a plateau. The strength teams then take over, but then hit the wall when aging catches up to them and they have to retire. After this, you get a balanced league.
By the way, what is reflected in your Avatar? I can't quite make it out...

It is a tower with dragons flying around it. You can see it better at my webpage. The link is at the bottom of my posts.Skummy wrote: By the way, what is reflected in your Avatar? I can't quite make it out...
