Yes, i have converted the mini BUT ... just by removing spikes and the same crete than the 2nd ed thrower #2
The finger hasn't been converted. Even if there is stress on it, it could means the fig has fallen and been damaged. The finger has not been converted too; If i did it, we could easlily see the real shape of it. In that case the whole fist is in one part
For the arm, same thing, i have not bend the arm. Nevertheless, i agree that the previous owner could have made it

But i don't think so. He wasn't fine enough to make it without damage the fig.
As you said, this could be a converted mini, but after making many many conversions i could say that:
1) The arm hasn't been bent -> a rotation of 90° of it should have broke it.
2) The fist is in one part without finger conversion. ->making a fist like that is easier with Green stuff. If i agree we can stress on it, there is too much metal under the finger to think it has been bent
I will try to make a photo with my camera, maybe this will show you much details.
