Slann Catcher Rolls a 12 :(
Argh, one of those decisions that leaves me feeling like I'm about to waste a skill roll: my slann catcher (7,2,4,7) has rolled a +1ST as his first skill. A 50tv investment in Strength for a player that never gets stuck in (he used as a deep receiver or passer) seems like a lot to give up.
What would you pick?
I'm leaning towards either Accurate to really help the long passing game or just taking the ST (for reasons similar to why I still try not to waste anything on my plate).

+ST. Maybe he's not getting stuck in, but I'm sure your opponents are trying to get stuck into him. At ST2, he's (normally) only going to need one player to get a 2D block. At ST3, he'll need to expend at least one other player to have a go at your catcher, leading to gaps in the line elsewhere.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I guess my concern about the +ST is that a Blitzer is already 7337 with similar skills (actually Diving Tackle, is even better) and better skill progression options for cage breaking ... although I am starting to lean towards taking the ST for Darkson's rationale.
