I know this has been done before but could some one just give a quick answer.
Do you get to follow up if you have frenzy and the other guy has fend???

You don't get to follow up against Fend (if it is used) but if it combined with Side Step then it is possible to wind up adjacent to the Fendee despite not being able to follow up. In which case Frenzy is still active because a "push" result was applied. Only Stand Firm absolutely cancels Frenzy. Fend cancels it under certain circumstances. Note that if you have both skills you don't need to use both of them.

Or you could force your opo into a 2d (or even conceviably a 3d) against.I cannot think of anything dumber... but if I can save myself to be pushed OOB!!!
And Stand Firm does not cancel frenzy-the 2nd block for frenzy depends on a push (or a POW! if the blocked player has dodge) being rolled on the block dice (nothing to do with the blocked player actually being pushed) and the frenzyer then being adjacent to the blocked player (which fend will generally stop), so the only thing on the block dice which stops it is a skull or a both down (unless the frenzied player has juggernaught and is blitzing).
