Live to Super Star status, catch a silver bullet... it's the Werewolf way!!!!
As an Elf hater: anything but AV and MA....
As a coach who loves his player's longevity: AV (av8 breaks half as much as av9)....
As a coach who would never expect it to happen: Grow some testicles on that elf and take the MA!

It's personal taste. +AV on an elf team is really only good en mass, so once you start getting 3 or 5 +AV guys on the pitch it makes a difference. Just trying to protect one player isn't as good of a move, he will either be a TV bloat at +30k for limited impact or he will be a target for claw, Mighty Blow, and Piling On guys... so the +AV has diminishing returns!
+MA is, on the other hand, useful on individuals, and a great template to build on if he stays alive long enough.

For me there is no contest. MA is the obvious way to go. If you have a player that is built for speed already, +1MA represents a massive increase in his playing potential.
In a highly successful Elf team last year, I even gave one of the Blitzers +1MA. I didn't regret it. The fact that he later got Dodge, Guard may have helped...
Hope this helps.

I completely agree with this. My (otherwise terrible) Khemri team have a MA7 Blitzer, and he's turned into the guy who does everything - ball retrieval, TD scoring. Increasing the total possibility space of where your team can get to can affect the game in imperceptible ways.prisma wrote:In general, I find it always useful to give a player +MA if he is the fastest player on your team.
