Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I'm not sure why you would want to give it to a blitzer over a regular lineman. The blitzer has Jump Up, but if the DT works, your opponent will be down. If it doesn't work, you can stand up and follow, but usually dodge players have pretty good movement and you would be chasing from behind. On top of this, you want to give a DT'er tackle, and not taking strength skills on your blitzers could be a problem. Dodge or Dauntless would be my first two choices on a blitzer for doubles.

Yeah, i'd take diving tackle. It will increase his casualty rate because people won't be able to get away from him, so he'll be getting more blocks. In fact, i'm considering giving it to my troll on a double! Nasty block, piling on, mighty blow machine you can't get away from!
Edit: You're right Ian, stand firm is too good to pass up. I forgot about that one!
