Did you freehand paint that pumpkin? That's an awesome job if you did!

Thnx for the kind words.
Yes, the pumpkin was painted freehand. It´s the only means of transfer I know from my brain to a surface in the real world
Is there a trick to do it different if, let´s say, I would have an image on my PC I´d like to use?

Very nice. The reference photos looked like the surface would get higher green bumps, but I guess that wouldn't be so nice for playing, with some surfaces flat and other a lot rougher with foam flock.
Over some surfaces, you could print stickers or decals and then glue them. For such a rough surface where even decals could be a serious nightmare, probably best would be to print one or more masks, cut the appropriate zones, and finally apply paint with spray cans / airbrush, or stencil brush. Or try to build a stamp in some kind of flexible material.the solitaire wrote: Is there a trick to do it different if, let´s say, I would have an image on my PC I´d like to use?

@Steam Ball, thnx for the detailed description.
To me freehand sounds easier
I can see how that would work on some other pitches though
